About the project
In Donacasa I implemented SAGE CRM, configured it and customized it for the needs of the company.
I participated in the standardisation of the sales process and in the preparation of the material (brochures, information) and the sale scripts for the commercial department.
Previously, when I worked at Hyla, I achieved exceptionally high (40% success rate vs. Hyla Spain avg. of 25%) direct sales rates, and was awarded as one of the Hyla’s World Top Sellers (2011)
